Tokyo Disneyland Club 33 Pen by CROSS pen company.
Rare.. Condition is "New". The pen was purchased at Club 33 in Tokyo Disneyland and has never been used but kept on display since 2010 in a curio cabinet. I just tested it and the cartridge still writes. Original price was . Also included is a bag with logo from Club 33  and a Cross pen box.
This is not the free pen, given to customers by their waiters, where the writing wears off with use.
