VERY RARE - 2005 Disney Evil Queen Storybook Treasure Box - LE of 1500 - MINT
This very rare, Limited Edition Disney Evil Queen Spell Book Storybook Treasure Box has been in my guest room unopened since purchased new in 2005!
This piece was is made of heavy, hand painted resin, and thick, high quality paper and weighs in at around 7 pounds! The original props used by the animators to create the beloved 1937 Disney animation classic, “Snow White,” were retrieved from the Disney archives and carefully studied to produce this very accurate reproduction prop, that is also a functional jewelry box. I’ve only opened the box to inspect the piece and photograph it. If you see any white dots in the photos they’re likely tiny bits of styrofoam from the packaging.
Just like the book from the animated classic, the cover of the book appears ancient, scary, battered, and evil. The book has a very heavy feel and once you pick it up you realize it’s a substantial piece of art. Opening the book reveals eerie artwork from the film and intricate calligraphy with the now famous introduction, “One taste of the Poisoned Apple and the victim’s eyes will close forever in the Sleeping Death…”
This piece is big (approximately 12” x 9.5” closed and 12” x 21.5” open), so find a large, well-lit spot to display it and I’d recommend an accent light to really create a Disney-like experience for your guests, who will be blown away.

This piece has never been displayed and comes from my clean, smoke-free, pet-free home.
This piece is very rare and hard to find. There are currently none others like this on eBay and the last time one sold on eBay was over 2 years ago and it was used.
There are very few of them left out there and even fewer that are brand new, like this one, with the original box and certificate of authenticity showing that it’s from a limited edition of 1500.
ABOUT COMBINED SHIPPING
I've received a few requests to combine shipping when people have purchased multiple items from me, however I'm unable to do so for the following reasons:
1) In order to list items with calculated shipping (as is the case with this item) I had to package each item for shipping and then measure and weigh the package before I listed the item. So this piece is already boxed for shipping by itself.
2) Most of the Disney collectibles I'm selling from my collection are fragile and placing more than one of them in a package will put them at risk for breakage during shipping.
So please understand that I can't offer combined shipping because of the above reasons.
